General Terms and Conditions

Damage to the equipment due to operation of the system before settlement is not the responsibility of J.A. Smith All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above our estimate. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry general liability , fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Workmen's Compensation Insurance.

 

For work other than Credit Card purchases, the following terms are applicable: NET 30 DAYS UPON COMPLETION OF WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH PAYMENT SCHEDULE LISTED PRIOR IN OUR PROPOSAL(S). 1 1/2% per month on all past due amounts with a minimum charge of $1.50 per month. A $50.00 bad check charge and lawyers' fees will be added to the invoice if collection of the debt is commenced.
