Service Department Overview
In 1983 our company started off doing only service work. And while we have been successfull and have grown, service will always be a major focus in our company. We have seen the value of planned maintenance time and time again and want to help our customers not only when they need an emergency repair but also to achieve the maximum life of their equipment through planned maintenance. All of our trucks are fully stocked with all of the most commonly needed repair parts. If your part is not in stock, we will see that it is ordered promptly and installed as fast as possible to minimize your down time.

Our service department has (12) , fully stocked vans. All customer and service agreement records are fully computerized. In house service schools are conducted weekly to keep service technicians up to date on all equipment and technology changes.

Planned Service and Maintenance Agreements

Benefits of Planned Service:

• Preventative maintenance servicing of your unit twice a year in spring and fall
• Guaranteed priority service during peak service periods

• Permits part wear to be monitored so worn parts can be replaced before they cause loss of equipment use, more damage, and costly repair bills
• Peace of mind to know that your system is operating safely, is not going to suffer a preventable part failure and that your utility bills will be as low as possible
• We guarantee that we will adhere to all the provisions of the Clean Air Act of 1990 concerningrecycling of CFC and HCFC refrigerants. Any fines for violations of the Act will be our responsibility, not yours
• Discounts on all options or system upgrades
• Ensures that all required maintenance is being performed for any equipment with extended warranties (Manufacturers can void extended warranties, such as compressor warranties, if the required maintenance is not being performed and documented.)

Bronze Plan Overview:

This is our basic plan that covers 2 maintenance checks per year* and includes all of the normal preventative maintenance that your heating and air conditioning system requires. This plan also fulfills the mandatory maintenance requirements of the manufacturer's extended warranties.

(*One for heating only customers. Commercial customers may require more than 2 checks.)

Silver Plan Overview:

This is our improved plan. It covers all of the maintenance of the Bronze Plan and it also covers all of the labor on listed repairs.

Gold Plan Overview:

This is our top of the line plan. It covers all of the maintenance of the Bronze Plan and it also covers all of the labor and parts on listed repairs.
